Was pleased with the item did a great job sadly it was bit to expensive for me but I’m glad I tryed it
5 stars for changing hair color.
It covers gray by making your hair darker. Ordering was tedious. I attached pics, answered multiple questions about hair history, color, exposure, treatments, products, washing, expectations, graying, balding & set renewals 4, 5 or 6 week subscription plan. Despite extensive details, 7 pictures of very light brown hair, my hair went from very light brown to a deep, dark, brown. Results as unreliable as any store bought dye, making it darker to cover gray. It’s double & triple the cost of store bought and without the interrogation. Feel free to try but don’t be surprised when they get it wrong.
A lot of waste
This product is really good, great colour the only issue I have is there is alot of waste. I use the product for my beard, it would be better if we were given two smaller bottles for both the colour and developer. So feel I am wasting alot of value and money, as once mixed has be disguarded after application.

Good product
Really good product, covered all my grey hairs. The down side to it as it didn’t seem to last as long before I had to renew it, in comparison to supermarket bought products it didn’t last as long and at £25 for one box , you can buy 2 and a half from the supermarket.
A desired a tad more gray coverage.
I would have preferred there to have been a bit more gray coverage but I suppose that was my fault when selecting my preferences. Overall I'd say I was satisfied and not bad at the initial promo pricing of $10. But don't think I would see a benefit of paying the regular monthly rate. Want a big enough difference than just using the cheaper store bought stuff. So for now I'll just still to that. But might be interested in subscribing again should the price drop.
Excellent, but.....
The concept is great. The quality seems good and the fact that you can customise your colour makes it unique. The but is because the amount is too much and is wasted. My hair is short and I recommend splitting it in two, that's what I do. One day though, the colour lasted one week and I had it apply it again.
Product does the job
The color looks great on my hair but here comes the price. I paid $9.99 plus free shipping and came out to $10.83 and now the 2nd order is costing $32.03 not happy about that price.
Exactly what you order
I was looking for salt and pepper scheme look , and CS was able to get that done for me. Great product, It is a bit pricey therefore I won’t be returning as a customer .

Your product is great but delivery time to Canada is not good. It took 14 days to receive my order. I purchase other items from California and they arrive within 7 days or less. Timing for haircolor is critical, it would be great to have a shorter, predictable eta. Thanks.
